Role Responsibilities:
- Manage 8-12 high-volume Gong implementations concurrently, ensuring on-track delivery and quality.
- Translate client business needs into scalable Gong configurations and drive successful product adoption.
- Document requirements and workstream plans while tracking progress and updating stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside collaborative experts who share knowledge, templates, and documentation generously.
- Participate in a culture of learning with enablement, peer coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Receive support from delivery leadership and peers to unblock and accelerate outcomes, especially during ramp-up.
Qualifications and Impact:
- Utilize 6+ years of consulting or revenue operations experience in a client-facing, technical role.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales engagement tools and manage parallel workstreams without dropping details.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and help develop the world's best revenue operators at Go Nimbly.
