Role Summary:
- Lead proposal management for the Water/Wastewater Business Line and own compliance and win themes.
- Support capture planning, client service teams, and interview strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of AEC proposal experience; water/wastewater preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience and location.
