Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing your direct reports and supporting their professional development and career path.
- Working closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs.
- Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a UI programmer/engineer within the games industry.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine.
