Senior Internal Communications Manager, People

Role Overview:

• You will lead strategic internal communications for the People organization during a phase of transformation and growth.
• You will translate complex initiatives into clear narratives that build understanding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communications strategies for People programs and company-wide initiatives.
• Advise senior People leaders on high-stakes communications including organizational changes.
• Build scalable communications systems, measurement frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic communications, or change communications.
• Demonstrated experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on complex communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong executive presence.
