Principal Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner on Global IC Strategy: Co-architect the overarching strategic direction and execution of the internal communications program.
• Lead sensitive communications: Own end-to-end strategy for high-stakes corporate scenarios, ensuring confidentiality and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Legal, HR, and Corporate Affairs to operationalize sensitive communications.

• Experience: 10+ years in internal communications or crisis management at a global tech company.
• Strategic partnership: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor while executing on the ground.
• Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, masterful storytelling, and proficiency in ghostwriting for C-suite leaders.
