Internal Communications Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end all-hands experience and lead communications for key people initiatives and culture campaigns.

• Deliver a documented communications audit and a fully functioning editorial calendar within six months.
• Produce at least two high-quality all-hands events with improved attendance and employee sentiment.
• Build and launch a manager cascade toolkit used consistently across the organisation.
