Your Role:

Define the strategy, infrastructure, and cadence for how Vanta communicates internally, from the words you choose to how all-hands feel.
Partner closely with the People team and C-level executives to translate complex topics into clear, human messaging.
Measure and iterate on what works, bringing a data-informed lens to internal comms as the company scales.
