Account Executive, Customers Base

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive, Customers Base to help build and scale our sales engine. You’ll own renewals and expansions—and work closely with GTM leadership, founders, and product to shape how we engage with customers. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love thinking like a buyer, and want to sell a product that solves real pain for modern finance teams, this is the role for you. You’ll own and execute all commercial post-sale motions including renewals and expansion opportunities across hundreds of customers that are <500 employees in size. You will partner closely with Customer Experience Managers and leverage AI-powered tooling to articulate value clearly and consistently, tying Runway’s impact to customer goals and business outcomes contributing to GTM strategy and feedback loops across sales, success, and product with a focus on efficiency, repeatability, and impact.
