Job Description
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and standardisation. Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to design, enhance, and configure HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud , Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Support testing activities—including unit, system, and user acceptance testing—and ensure timely resolution of defects. Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture insights and share project updates. Produce high-quality documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides. Monitor HR system performance and identify areas for enhancement. Keep up to date with HR technology trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovation.
