Job Description
Own the day-to-day management and execution of a portfolio of transformation initiatives, breaking down high level strategic objectives into clear, executable programs with defined milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. Coordinate cross-functionally to align teams and stakeholders, remove blockers, and ensure that initiative timelines are executed in a timely manner. Facilitate ongoing critical communication with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project teams to track progress and manage expectations. Proactively seek, obtain and incorporate stakeholder feedback and requirements to inform the transformation initiative plan. Proactively surface and monitor risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies/solutions to minimize impact to programs. Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver clear ROI data on initiatives.
