Job Description

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team. Drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction in the ANZ region. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with FMC’s business objectives. Build and manage key customer relationships and high-value commercial negotiations. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Manage regional budget, forecasting, and P&L accountability. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
