Accountabilities:
- Define product strategy: Develop, communicate, and continuously reinforce the product vision, objectives, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Manage the Product Backlog: Keep the backlog transparent, organized, visible, and understandable while prioritizing stories, epics, and features.
- Translate business needs into requirements: Structure functional and non-functional requirements clearly and objectively.
Requirements:
- Product experience: Previous experience as a Product Owner or closely related role with demonstrated ownership.
- Financial products: Practical knowledge or experience working with financial products is required.
- Agile expertise: Experience working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads.
