About the Role:

• This is a senior program management leadership role focused on delivering complex, strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
• You will oversee high-impact programs and portfolios, connecting business strategy with disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, strategic programs from concept through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Manage portfolios of high-value initiatives, including programs with multi-million-dollar budgets and significant business or revenue impact.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including stage-gate processes, portfolio reviews, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant program/project management experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and stage-gate processes; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
