Books Specialist

A Books Specialist for Books & Flipster Digital Magazines supports the worldwide sales organization by facilitating the timely resolution of sales inquiries while working closely with Customers, Prospects, Product Management, Order Processing, and Customer Support. A successful Books Specialist must be flexible enough to adapt in adverse conditions. Resolve incoming sales inquiries regarding pricing, products, and processes and interact with customers daily (both reactive & proactive). Develop technical expertise to answer sales questions and maintain sales documentation to promote sales effectiveness. Perform title filtering and price quote requests while also coordinating with Order Processing as needed to improve sales processes. Construct business requirements for Product Management development efforts and provide various reports covering sales results and sales opportunities. Provide assistance to worldwide sales force for Flipster Digital Magazines.
