Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical expert for customers, ensuring they understand the technology.
- Solve both near-term technical problems and long-term money movement visions.
- Document findings to train others and create repeatable standards.
Customer Advocacy:
- Attend product and engineering meetings, providing insight as the voice of the customer.
- Share insights into customer enablement, the competitive landscape, and future building needs.
- Facilitate customer collaboration and influence teams across the organisation to achieve desired customer outcomes
Requirements:
- The candidate needs 5+ years of customer-facing work experience in tech or fintech.
- The candidate needs excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate needs the ability to prioritise, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
