Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted technical expert for customers, ensuring they understand the technology.
  • Solve both near-term technical problems and long-term money movement visions.
  • Document findings to train others and create repeatable standards.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Attend product and engineering meetings, providing insight as the voice of the customer.
  • Share insights into customer enablement, the competitive landscape, and future building needs.
  • Facilitate customer collaboration and influence teams across the organisation to achieve desired customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • The candidate needs 5+ years of customer-facing work experience in tech or fintech.
  • The candidate needs excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate needs the ability to prioritise, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
