Job Description
The Sales team has been a driving force behind our 30%+ year-over-year growth. Ideals is in the top 5% of all Sales orgs on RepVue and consistently ranked as a Market Leader on G2. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement and Performance Manager.
In this role, you’ll strengthen the capabilities of our global sales team through impactful enablement initiatives. Focused on sales skills development, your mission is to build a high-performing, confident revenue team by designing and delivering programs that improve how sellers sell. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to onboard new hires, upskill existing reps, and drive continuous learning through data-informed enablement strategies.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UK.
