Job Description
The Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions will lead Lime's growing team of attorneys responsible for a broad range of legal matters that support our dynamic global operations. This is a high-impact leadership position. Key responsibilities include leadership & team management, contracting & negotiations, policy, process & tool improvements, strategic counseling, trade & tariff compliance, and M&A support. The role involves developing and managing a team of commercial attorneys and legal professionals, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with Lime's priorities.
The candidate will lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various commercial contracts, operationalizing policies, templates, and negotiation plans. They will also provide high-impact partnership with Lime's executive team members and partner with cross-functional leadership teams on business-critical projects. They will advise on trade & tariff matters and lead or support legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
