Job Overview:
- Provide exceptional guest experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- Demonstrate understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Utilize basic PC keyboarding skills.
Technical Skills:
- Perform basic troubleshooting skills.
- Diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
- Work with CRM applications (preferred).
Work Environment:
-Excellent Internet connectivity required.
-Ability to use several applications simultaneously.
