Job Overview:

  • Provide exceptional guest experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Utilize basic PC keyboarding skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Perform basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
  • Work with CRM applications (preferred).

Work Environment:

-Excellent Internet connectivity required.

-Ability to use several applications simultaneously.
