Position Overview:
- Lead agentic product strategy for AI-powered features within an assigned area.
- Own product ROI, connecting investments to customer value, ARR, and retention.
- Mentor junior product team members on core PM practices and AI product development.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production.
- Define problem statements and success criteria; test hypotheses before committing engineering investment.
- Synthesize user data, behavioral analytics, and market signals to refine strategy and backlog priorities.
Your Experience:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated delivery of AI-powered features.
- SaaS product experience required; insurance industry experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and agile product management methodologies.
