Director, Real Estate Partnerships

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory (including full and partial building management of existing multifamily assets, as well as ground-up developments). This individual will be an integral part of accelerating our growth and will utilize their previous expertise in multifamily real estate to expand the Placemakr portfolio. The Director of Real Estate Partnerships will independently own a portion of Placemakr’s growth and will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships.

This leader will grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders. They will leverage their existing network and largely expand their network to actively source warm and cold introductions to expand Placemakr’s portfolio. They will prospect for Class A and B multifamily projects in submarkets with strong hospitality drivers, in coordination with the VP and strategy/feasibility team, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets. The Director will represent Placemakr at industry conferences and lead in financial model presentations, supporting contract negotiations and additional duties as assigned.
