The Role:
- Drive strategic projects with customers as they implement our Agentic Data Plane.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and own project plans to ensure delivery.
You Will:
- Serve as the senior escalation point for both customer and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure projects within your pod are resourced and delivered against plan.
- Build out program playbooks and toolkits to drive repeatability across engagements.
You Have:
- 8+ years in engagement management, delivery leadership, or technical program management.
- PMP or Scrum certification and experience running formal risk governance.
- Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming, or data infrastructure.
