Job Description
Join us and help build our next phase of growth across the EMEA region. We are looking for a commercially minded and impactful, yet humble and people-driven, Regional Sales Director. You will take a hands-on approach in managing and developing your team of Account Executives and one SDR. The focus is on driving deal reviews, improving forecast accuracy, enabling strong deal management, and coaching the team to success. In addition, you will actively support your team by joining and helping to close complex deals.
As our RSD, You Will:
- Coach and train your sales team, including running regular deal reviews and supporting pipeline accuracy.
- Be responsible for your regional GTM strategy, with a strong focus on the SMB segment.
- Manage and develop your existing team, fostering growth and resilience.
- Leverage your experience in a partner-driven (MSP) sales model to maximize regional success.
