The Role:
- Lead Material Bank’s data privacy strategy and compliance efforts.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advise the Marketing team on consumer protection and advertising laws.
What You’ll Bring:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience with in-house experience at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong substantive experience in data privacy and product counseling.
