As an Account Manager, you will own and manage a book of business, serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintain client satisfaction, and help clients strategize on getting the most from Kinstaβs offerings. You will also identify the health and overall satisfaction of each account in your book of business in order to pinpoint at-risk clients and improve retention rates, spearhead a process-driven sales approach to seek additional revenue opportunities within your book of business and become a specialist on Kinstaβs service and solutions. You will identify product and process improvements through conversations with clients.
