Job Description
You will work directly for the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts-West as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires the ability to manage chain customers, develop fact-based category leadership programming, as well as communicating across several internal and external stakeholder groups to drive sales execution in the marketplace. You will be working to develop and execute agreements and contracts, with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.
Responsibilities include directly managing the day to day retail relationship, promotional sell in, special projects, contract negotiation and distribution channel relationship in key account workload. Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Category Leadership team to develop custom Chain Retail Programming to drive rate of sale and incremental product placement within these retail chains. You will also manage sales execution and compliance of agreements/contracts with retail chain accounts and should expect to travel 60%+
