The Executive Assistant - Project Coordinator will support a busy freelance producer in the advertising industry. The role is primarily focused on helping organize multiple ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing proactive support so nothing falls through the cracks. You will act as the producer’s organizational backbone—tracking schedules, delegating tasks back to her, and keeping all projects on time and properly managed.
Responsibilities include acting as a project management assistant, maintaining clear schedules, budgets, and timelines, assisting with calendar management, and providing general executive assistant support. Must-haves include experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, strong organizational and project management skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and excellent communication skills.
