Journeyman-NOC Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor network infrastructure in real time to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot network issues, outages, alerts, and performance degradations.
• Use network management and monitoring tools to detect problems and support timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Training or practical experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Fundamental understanding of network management tools such as Cisco, Juniper, SolarWinds.
