- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Assess and clear monitor alarms.
- Provide customers with timely responses.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Windows OS.
- Knowledge of current network technologies.
- Superior communication skills.
Requirements:
- Working outside of normal business hours is required.
- Overtime, holidays, and on-call rotation participation are required.
- Occasional short notice overnight travel may be required.
