Job Description
Technical Discovery & Analysis: Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to assess their existing IT landscape and requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and architecture enhancements based on Veeam solutions. Design both high-level and detailed solution architectures tailored to customer environments.
Implementation Support & Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight during solution deployment and post-sales implementation. Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and technical workshops to validate solution architectures. Support and guide partner-driven deployments, ensuring they follow Veeam’s best practices and technical standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales engagements to deployment. Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful solution adoption. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating business objectives into effective technical strategies.
