Job Description

As the first AM, you’ll partner closely with leadership to shape and refine Great Question's expansion playbooks. You’ll lead efforts to inspire users to adopt more features, collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive deeper usage within your accounts and to identify additional teams within organizations and win them over, expanding customer accounts. You’ll also own renewals for your accounts, safeguarding against contraction, de-risking renewals, extending contract terms, and uncovering new revenue streams. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Product & Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs. Proactively managing your expansion pipeline and renewal pipeline is an important part of the job. You should become an expert on tooling to provide unique insights and advice to clients and a product expert, able to confidently demo Great Question.
