Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and technical direction for the Loyalty product suite.
- Drive technical design for services, APIs, schemas, and background jobs.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Coordinate delivery of initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
- Communicate technical trade-offs and delivery risks clearly.
Reliability & Operations:
- Ensure products meet availability, latency, and recovery objectives.
- Embed observability and operational readiness into design.
- Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and cloud cost optimization.
