New Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will be part of an innovative team and company, building out next-generation contact center AI products. This role will involve close collaboration with design, engineering, and ML teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working on enterprise SaaS products and enjoys engaging directly with customers to shape product direction. This PM will also collaborate closely with other product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities flow end-to-end across the Cresta platform, delivering cohesive, impactful user experiences. Cresta’s Product Management team works closely with customers to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities include understanding user personas and conducting research, owning the product life cycle, prioritizing product investments, communicating product ideas, and partnering with designers, engineering, and ML teams.
