Sr. Director, Professional Services - America

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director of Professional Services, Americas to lead our Americas services team. This individual will play a critical leadership role in driving bookings, delivering outstanding customer outcomes through co-delivery with partners, and elevating the execution and scalability of our delivery operations. As a core member of the PS leadership team, this role is instrumental in growing revenue, improving margin, and developing top talent within the region. Key responsibilities include sales partnership & PS Bookings, Partner Execution & Co-Delivery, Delivery Excellence & Operational Execution, and Team Leadership & Talent Development.
