Job Description

This role involves leading teacher recruitment and on-boarding, training, inventory and resource preparations, programming and logistics. The role also prepares the US operation from a health, safety, welfare, insurance and accreditation perspective. The position holder is also responsible for financial the success of the operation, before and during summer, ensuring resources deployed are aligned with budget and the sales pipeline. During summer, this role oversees student satisfaction with academics, activities, transfers, accommodation, catering and pastoral care. In addition, the role provides ongoing guidance, mentoring and support to the camp teams, maximizing their employment experience. The position holder will also continue to organize camp logistics and cost control.
