Services Lead - MedTech Clinical Operations

As a Services Lead, you are accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations and for building long-term, trusted relationships with your customers. In meeting these objectives, you will ensure customer and employee success and lead your customers and support the delivery teams. Drive MedTech best practices to support implementation excellence and foster innovative collateral creation to support successful delivery. Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes to your customers. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries and has a proven track record of leading complex software implementation projects including direct oversight of delivery teams and executive stakeholder management.
