Contract Writing System Functional Service Desk Agent - Clearance Required

About the Role:

• Provide functional support for the Army Contract Writing System.
• Serve as a Tier 2 Functional Service Desk Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents and service requests.
• Perform ticket triage in the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (ServiceNow).
• Manage all assigned tickets to meet Service Level Objective targets for response and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Federal government contracting.
• Deep understanding of the DoD contracting lifecycle, the FAR, and the DFARS.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
