About the Role:
- Provide functional support for the Army Contract Writing System.
- Serve as a Tier 2 Functional Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents and service requests.
- Perform ticket triage in the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (ServiceNow).
- Manage all assigned tickets to meet Service Level Objective targets for response and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Federal government contracting.
- Deep understanding of the DoD contracting lifecycle, the FAR, and the DFARS.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
