Position Purpose:
- Deliver onsite clinical implementation, education, and go-live support for AvaSure customer programs, focusing on remote patient safety observation.
- Execute implementation plans and support successful adoption of AvaSure solutions during new implementations and upgrades.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to deliver clinical implementation support, go-live activities, and program upgrades.
- Provide instructor-led education and hands-on training to clinical staff, super users, and hospital leadership.
- Document implementation activities and maintain internal records.
