About This Role:
- Every day, WWF's conservation teams rely on robust, secure cloud infrastructure to protect wildlife and drive climate action.
- As our Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll manage mission-critical Azure systems that directly support global conservation programs.
What You'll Do:
- Own our Azure infrastructure: spin up subscriptions, provision resources, and deploy VMs from the ground up.
- Lock down security and identity: configure Entra tenants, manage RBAC, and automate with PowerShell and Graph API.
- Be our safety net: design backup strategies and disaster recovery playbooks that keep systems resilient.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or related field plus 8+ years of experience, including 6+ in IT.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing highly available Azure production systems.
- Strong verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
