Job Description

As a Solutions Architect at Didask, you will bridge the gap between our customers' complex learning needs and our product capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our most strategic clients achieve maximum value from our platform, while bringing valuable insights back to shape our product roadmap. Working at the intersection of product expertise, technical knowledge, and customer success, you'll have a wide scope of ownership: Client Solutions Design. Work directly with strategic clients to understand their unique learning challenges and business needs. Design creative solutions using our platform's existing capabilities, suggesting workarounds and novel approaches. Develop detailed implementation plans and guide clients through successful adoption. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure long-term client satisfaction and value realization.
