Position Overview:
- Provides administrative and clinical support to Behavioral Health Medical Provider (BHMP) staff and patients.
- Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Reports to the Medical Assistant Manager.
Key Areas of Ownership:
- Manages contact operations (inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chats).
- Coordinates referrals to other medical professionals or team members, agencies, and community services when appropriate.
- Verifies, records, and updates patient information in EHR.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Psychiatry experience strongly preferred.
