About the Role:

- You will be our customer’s initial contact and provide primary support for clients seeking care.
- You are expected to leverage modern AI technologies as part of your everyday workflow.
Who You Are:
- Strong desire to assist clients and provide support to those seeking mental health care.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Our Benefits:
- A generous PTO policy, with a minimum of three weeks off per year.
