Lattice's Technical Support Engineering team serves as the backbone, dedicated to customer satisfaction and product excellence. As a Technical Support Engineer, the role involves providing expert technical assistance and troubleshooting customer issues with tailored solutions. This position is pivotal in fostering trust and reliability, leveraging a deep understanding of the Lattice product and technical abilities. Close collaboration with engineering and product teams is expected, advocating for customer needs while contributing to improve support processes and tools. The mission is to drive resolution and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical support topics, improving processes based on data insights, and supporting the prioritization of engineering tasks. Being part of the on-call incident response team is also required, with potential in-person events for strategizing and team building.
