About the Role:
- We're hiring a Virtual Receptionist for our Admin Services team, Ginger Desk.
- You'll answer patient calls, book appointments in Jane, and support clinic schedules.
Impact:
- Give practitioners their time back by handling calls and bookings in real time.
- Ensure every caller feels cared for and patient data stays private.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a clinic front desk or reception role, with phone experience.
- Daily Jane user for 2+ years and based in Canada.
