About the role:
- Lead the Secure Build and SCS Services teams with ownership of delivery, team health, and operational excellence.
- Build a coherent portfolio plan across two distinct roadmaps, making priorities and risks explicit.
- Partner with Product and Security stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years managing engineering teams.
- At least 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience in backend or infrastructure.
- Strong experience with CI, distributed systems, and production operations.
