What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive the vision and multi-quarter roadmap, tying foundational investments to critical business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Own the reliability and safety of the foundational layer: AWS account provisioning, core networking, and human IAM access.
What We Look For:
- 7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience with 2+ years of engineering management.
- Strong technical background in cloud-native systems (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform, Spacelift).
- Proven track record of operating services with a high reliability bar and mentoring high-performing teams.
