SDE II - Backend

About the Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern microservice architecture.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database structures across MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ and caching strategies with Redis or Memcached.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of medium-to-large technical initiatives and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Analyze and optimize backend performance across APIs, databases, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable features end-to-end.

Who You Are:

• 2–4 years of hands-on backend development experience in a product-based SaaS or technology company.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, relational databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
