Director of Technical Accounting

The Technical Accounting team at Robinhood plays a critical role in interpreting and applying complex accounting standards within a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment. Our mission is to deliver high-quality insights, maintain strong compliance with U.S. GAAP, and support Robinhood’s goal of democratizing finance for all. The Director of Technical Accounting will lead the company’s technical accounting function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and providing guidance on complex, high impact accounting matters. This role will also oversee strategic initiatives, including accounting policy development, M&A transactions, and process improvements.
