About the Role:
- Manage removal defense cases from intake through final adjudication, including tracking court dates and deadlines.
- Prepare and file documents like EOIR-42B, I-589, and motions, ensuring compliance with EOIR.
- Support attorneys with individual and master calendar hearing preparation, including evidence organization.
Client Communication:
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and document requests in English, Spanish, or Hindi.
- Schedule meetings and assist with evidence gathering.
- Provide exceptional client service and professionalism.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain internal case notes and workflow updates.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform quality control reviews on case files.
- Complete additional immigration-related duties as assigned.
