What You'll Do:
- Source new and existing carrier partners for high-volume lanes using digital platforms.
- Negotiate with carriers to improve margins and achieve financial targets.
- Track active loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery, resolving in-transit issues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of carrier sales experience with demonstrated high-volume load management.
- Experience with McLeod is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
