Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing book of business to secure freight sales opportunities.
- Work independently with high percentage splits and no commission caps.
- Utilize support from accounting, carrier setup, and monitoring teams.
Qualifications:
- Must have a portfolio of 3PL customers and experience in freight brokering.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to maximize income on a commission basis.
Additional Information:
- Up to 70% commission, bi-weekly payments, and access to 75,000+ carriers.
